How Do I Retrieve My Minutes Lost When I Transfer My Account To A New Phone?
When my old phone broke,I bought a new phone and transfered my account with 145.50 left. When when the new phone is activated I received only 100 minutes which is suposed to be a free bonus fro my purchase,when I brought this to the attentioin of cuseomer servicemthe had me remove the 145.50 from my old phone and added only 45 minutes to my new account.
