Phone Is Not Retrieving Minutes Added

I had a 600 minutes airtime card added on my phone, my minutes are finished i still have 112 days untill my service ends, i added a $50 airtime card its in my reserve but i can't retrieve my airtime minutes and i urgently need my phone, what can be done/
