CONTACTED THERE GERMAN TECH SUPPORT UNABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEM ASKED FOR A NEW DOWNLOAD OR A REFUND THEY NOW REFUSE TO ANSWER MY E-M CAN NAVIGON REFUSE TO REFUND OR REPLACE MY DOWNLOAD
