Dark Area On Top Of Projector

I have many NP400 projectors at our school. I have one of them showing a dark (still visible) section on the top part of the projector. Lamp life is 22%. Do you think it needs repair or a new bulb?

The dark area means the main first glass that the lamp reflects to is loose....common with these projectors. the white glue that keeps the plastic and the glass degrades in time.

all it needs is glueing up using 595 loctite, available at your locale hardware store.
