Blinking Green Ready, Brew And Steam Lights Not Becoming Steady Green

When powered on, power (red) light and ready (green) light turn on to steady. When side knob turned to brew or steam, ready brew and steam lights start blinking. Never get steady. Machine doesn't work. Any ideas how to fix? Brand new machine.

The power indicator light will become solid red while the unit is on and the ready indicator light (green) will start blinking.Once the ready light becomes solid green, press the brew button " " and then rotate the side knob counter-clockwise to the brew " " position. When the cup/carafe is filled to the desired level, turn the side knob clockwise to the off " " position.CAUTION: Do not leave unit unattended while brewing since the brewing process requires to be manually stopped. this will avoid overflow , spillage and potential Hazards and damages.NOTE: Once the brew (of froth) cycle is completed, steam will be released from beneath the drip tray to remove any remaining water from the heater.
