I Got Used Phone At Swapmeet Is Working But Is Asking For Special Code Number

unplug the phone check to see if it has a battery back up then remove the batteries the phone should clear if not try 9999 then plug the phone in let it reset may take 1/2 hour dont use until after this i hope this works i was instructed this by bell systems on a phone i got at a rummage sale
