Frequency

I have a Ritron radio base station. I need to get them in the same frequency as the radios. how do I do that??

Locate a local service shop, have them do it.  Do should not attempt to adjust your radios yourself.  A license is required to do certain radio repairs and alterations anyway.  They will also be able to tell you if it's even possible.
