Go to settings, user profiles, choose the profiles you want to change the ringtone for, then options, customize, and you can set your tone settings (ringtones), volume, etc. there.  

I don't think you can assign a specific ringtone to a specific contact, though. I think it is across the board.  Someone let me know if you can.
