i need to un lock my straight talk motorola 418g it needs a puk number

When your phone requires you to put in the PUK code, it means that your SIM has been blocked. You need to contact Straight talk and they will provide you the PUK code for you to unlock your phone. You can reach them at (855) 222-CELL (2355)
