Try to follow these steps
From the application screen on your Phone:
- Tap contacts
- Select the contact youd like to unblock
- Tap menu
- Then options
- Check the box labeled with "send to voicemail`
- Open the advance call manage application
- Select manage list
- Open the list you created
- Select the option to unblock or delete a number
