Try to follow these steps

From the application screen on your Phone:

  • Tap contacts
  • Select the contact youd like to unblock
  • Tap menu
  • Then options
  • Check the box labeled with "send to voicemail`
  • Open the advance call manage application
  • Select manage list
  • Open the list you created
  • Select the option to unblock or delete a number
