How To Clear Memory

When I try to enter an appointment in the calendar, I get this message: Memory Full

Going to menu->Settings->Phone Settings->Storage and then selecting View Memory will let you know what's using space across your phone and memory card. You can then delete any specific item that you find unnecessary.
