Handsfree Car 'tk30' Doesnot Have Music Field In Menu After Replace Battry Car

HiAsking for your helpI have a Motorola TK30 in my handsfree carUntil a week ago I could hear music through my LG5 phone through BluetoothI replace a car battery 12v !!!And since then has been unable to hear more music on the speakerphone through the mobile lg5I noticed that the Home menu lacks the field of music !!!!(after i replace 12v battery car, the music field disappear from home menu)Other fields exist in menu..I also did a RESET FACTORY twicebut it did not help the field of "music" to return to the home menuPlease help how to return this field?Thank you
