Mtr350r Battery Charge Problem

Hello.I bought one Motorola MTR350R couple two weeks ago.Thé battery for only one of thé two devices doen't finish to charge after many jours connectéd to the charger. Nevertheless the device works. But I don't yet if its autonomy is égal to thé second device.Do you know what it thé problem and how to solve it.Thank you very much for your answerMichel Cloup

Hi! It sounds like there's a problem with one of the batteries, I suggest bringing it back to where you bought it as it should still be under warranty.
