After Doing A Hard Reset My Electrify M Will Not Send Messages Or Make Calls?!?!
I am able to access all of my apps through wifi and data but I am unable to send any type of message or make calls. When I try to send a message it fails so I check the message status and the error is Unknown, -1. Please help with this issue.

Greetings - Your phone was probably not activated properly on the network after the master reset. For assistance on this issue, you will have to contact your service provider using a different phone.
