Phone Jack Problem.

This is the second Electrify that has this problem: After several weeks use the phone jack becomes sensitive to touch; just touching the phone jack where it entersa the plug cuases the phone to do one or more of the following: Activate the voice control; redial the last call dialed, or, cause whatever I'm listenning to (music player, podcast) to play in fast forward. I don't think the phone came to me this way because, like I say, I've had two that do the same thing. The data card has been reformated and the probelm persists.
