No Signal

I got a new 686 today.The girl in the store took the sim card from my old 686 and put it in the new phone and installed the battery.I did not look at it in the store,got home noticed it said no service.I turned it on and off several times,did not work.Help

It sounds like the phone was not activated properly. You'll need to either bring it back to the store or call customer service using a different phone.
