My Lcd Screen Isn't Working And I Already Changed Teh Batter. What Can I Do

Try going to a dark place to view your phone.  It is possible you have inadvertently set it to the lowest display brightness making it hard to see the display.  If you can see it at all in a dark room, go to Tools, Settings, Display and see if you can adjust the brightest from there.
