New Motorola Bluetooth Not Working
I got a new bluetooth for Christmas and no lights are on and seems like it won't charge.

Sorry for the bad experience, but the most effective way to manage this would be to contact our support organization.
They should quickly offer you a replacement, and you can also try to ask them to pay for return shipping. I think they will do that as well. Here's how to contact us.
