Why Does My Headset Drop The Voice Of The Person I Call?

They hear me But I can't hear them. Irritation. happens over and over

It shouldn't happen. Maybe, some phones have this facility of have a different volume set up for incoming calls on head-phones. Try and see if that's the issue.

If not I would suggest you to call their customer center 1-800-331-6456 Mon-Fri 7AM-10PM, Sat-Sun 9AM-6PM CST.
