Where Do I Find The Media File In The Motorola Admiral Xt603

What are you trying to do, are you trying to get photos and videos out of the phone? or just trying to access to the them in the phone? If option 1, then you need to plug your phone with a USB cable, look for the media folder and drag/drop them on your PC, if option 2 you go to Menu/Gallery, there you will find the pictures and videos.
