A fusable link is not found with your standard fuses. It is an in-line non-replacable fuse in the harness. You will have to trace your brake light wires to find the link. If your car is under warranty, have a tech repair it. If your car is NOT under warranty, you can cut out the link and splice it together again and insulate it from moisture with good electrical tape (this will void your warranty). Fusable links are car manufacturors ways of getting more money out of you through repeated repairs.
