what is the error F131. in MIELE PW6065 VARIO. thanks for any help

The only explanation I can find for this is "EZL256 faulty / incompatible." If this is gobbledygook, I guess you'll have to get professional service. (Sorry.) For referral--or maybe a better explanation--use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/miele/customer-service.
