A Viagra Add Keeps Being Sent To All My Contacts In My Hotmail Account
How can I stop the ad from continually being sent?

Your account has been compromised. The immediate action you need to take is sign in to your email account and change the password. This will stop the hacker from manipulating your account entirely. Change your password to something that other's can't easily guess (include uppercase letters, lowercase, numbers, special characters).
