'could Not Reconnect All Network Drives' Balloon.

Running both Win 7 x64 and x86 on two different machines, but they both have this annoying problem.  It usually goes away by itself in a few seconds of start-up, but it is annoying anyway.  Does anybody have a reliable solution.  The hack tools some advocate on the net just don't work. <sigh>
