Unless you saved them locally, no, you cannot recover them.

Since you didn't state which MS mail client you use then hopefully this might be helpful. Recover Archived Mail from MSN Explorer

To recover email archived in MSN Explorer:

• Make sure Windows Explorer displays hidden and system files.
• Select Run... from the Startmenu.
• Type "%appdata%\MSN6\UserData\" (without quotes).
• Use auto-complete to select your user ID.
• Type "\Hotmail".
• Hit Return.
  • This takes you to the folder where all your locally stored Hotmail messages are.
• Open the .dbx files in a tool like R-Mail.
