Urgent

My Face book and my hotmail has been stolen from about a year ago..he changed the alternate email and the email of the facebook but he has all my friends and my pictures..PLease help me..i want to stop the face book and the hotmail or get them back whatever just not letting him use them..am sorry for my bad english but am from lebanon so please help me
