Legitimate Microsoft Tech Help
Please give me the contact information for legitimate Microsoft tech support. You had told me that AAKA Support is a scam but did not help me with info for getting legitimate help.

Microsoft provides very limited free personal support, unfortunately. The only personal support provided is (1) for Microsoft products purchased directly from Microsoft or from a retailer--that is, not a product bundled in another purchase, and (2) via its user forum, http://answers.microsoft.com/. If you qualify under #1, the support is for a limited time, and you must follow the documentation accompanying your purchase. If you don't mind paying, go to http://bit.ly/2d0vKW1.
