Microsoft Tech Support

Is AAKA Support a legitimate Microsoft contractor for technical help? We got connected to AAKA through Microsoft's tech support no. when we had problems. We contracted them for a considerable fee for security protections. At that time they put an icon on my desktop Pctechclinic-Aaka support Toll free 1-866-461-0611. When we had additional problems I contacted them a couple of days ago and they said that we needed a higher level support which would cost us a lot more. They said that our computer was infected and that third parties had access to my laptop and this required additional protections for web security, applications management and auto tooler?. The said they can clean it up but I would not be protected in the future. Idid not want to pay another hefty fee right now without checking if they are actually legitimate. I am still experiencing problems with the laptop hanging up a lot and my having to force close apps all the time. It is extremely difficult to get an answer from Microsoft. No virtual help is helpful with this. Please respond asap.

888-604-2301 appears to be part of a scam. It is definitely not Microsoft's technical support number, or any other number held by Microsoft. Pctechclinic-Aaka support is a scam, that exists to install malware on your computer, and it is certainly not backed by Microsoft. (For details see http://www.shouldiremoveit.com/Pctechclinic-Aaka-Support-Toll-Free-1-866-461-0611-166421-program.aspx.) Most likely the two phone numbers are part of the same scam. Sorry for your problems.
