Just Received A Call From A Person Who Said Our Windows Has Been Deactivated. I

Is this possible and why would it be deactivated anyway. We hung up because I remember hearing Windows does not call their customers.

Your account is sketchy but you're certainly safe in hanging up.

Windows XP is no longer supported and to continue using XP is inviting problems, because it's easily hacked now. It has not been "deactivated" and unless it's compromised by a third-party hacker will continue to work.
