Hi, there could be many reasons why you can't download pictures. First, try turning your phone off, pulling out the battery, waiting 10 seconds, then putting the battery back in and turning the phone back on. If that doesn't fix the problem, try updating your phone's programming. On Verizon Wireless phones, you can do this by dialing *228.
