Payment extension information:

  • A down payment is required within 24 hours of setting up the extension.
    • Down payment goes toward total amount due.
    • Down payment can be made over the phone by debit, credit or check.
    • Down payment can be made in retail within 24 hours of setting up the extension if paying with cash.
  • Extensions are due 15 days from your due date.
  • Text reminders are sent prior to the extension due date.
  • Extensions not paid as agreed result in disconnection of service.
    • Full payment is required to restore service.
    • A reconnect fee of $19.99 per line applies.
  • Payment extensions are unable to be set up for your first bill.
