Coolpad Issue Tryna Download A Picture My Friend Sent Me In A Text

I've been trying to download a picture my friend sent me in a text on this coolpad but everytime i move it, it goes from downloading to download and i have to click it again even worse when i do click it and don't move it it says its downloading but wont actually download the picture. Like it will say its downloading for a whole day without me touching it. Please help
