My name is Jason and I would love to help. I know that sometimes automated customer service can be terrible from personal experience. What I have tried in the past was actually pressing 0 through all of the option or keep saying customer service on top of the automated human. It will say we cannot process your request or I didn't quite catch that and it will say one moment while we direct your call to someone that can help. I hope that I was of assistance to you. If I was please give me a thumbs up so I can receive credit for my work.
