Blue Up And Down Arrow

Sometime the arrows under the 4g do no light up at all and i think it causes my calls ti drop and get a bad signal. Is this true? If this is true, how can i fix the problem?

All carriers have dead zones in their coverage. It's just the transfer from one tower to the next along with bandwidth congestion. If it's overly frustrating i suggest you contact your carrier to see if they can assist you.

Hi. There arrows are just indicators of the unseen signal's activity. When it does not light up, it indicates that there was no proper signal transmission between the phone and the tower. This may be due to unavailabily of closer towers or seasonal congestion. Unfortunately, contact your carrier may be a waste of time. If it is congestion, then swith carriers - if it is a continual week signal, you can also consider getting a signal booster.
