How To Get Overpayment Information

I received a lump sum from SSDI. As a result my LTD benefits checks have been withheld by MetLife as recoupment towards the overpayment. I have made numerous attempts for an outline showing the following information:Total amount owed by me.Outline of what month withholding of benefits began.Breakdown showing months and benefits amount applied to the overpayment amount owed.Total current balance owed as of February 1, 3017.I have had my claims representative leave messages for them to call me and I have e-mailed several times asking for this information. However, I've received no response. I'd like this information so that I can ensure my monthly benefits amount is being correctly applied towards the overpayment amount owed. I'd like to calculate when my benefits withholding will end and my monthly benefits will be reinstated directly to me.Can someone PLEASE contact me regarding this matter at (808) 497-4945 or provide the requested information to me via e-mail at [email protected]?
