I Need To Get An Explanation On My Dental Claim Benefits
My claim has been rejected because i had an extraction done privately. I had permanent implants done and a new denture made, which was not covered by insurance. Now after 3 years it does not fit very well and lets food get under soi want it replaced (which is covered by insurance) and they rejected my claim because the extraction was not done by the plan!!!
