Troubleshooting
While my keys were in the ignition of my 2008 Mercury Mariner, I activated the panic button and in turn I pressed the panic button again to turn it off all while the keys were still in the ignition. Now I am unable to get the keys out of my ignition unless I unhook the battery. I am also unable to start my car. I need to know if it is something I can resolve or if I have to take it into a dealer? I am without a car and need to resolve this ASAP!
