Electrical Problem

My passenger side mirror started smoking (red smoke) while the car was running. When I turned the car off and then back on the smoke stopped however now the windows won't go down, the radio won't come on and the interior lights won't come on either. I have checked the fuses that in the book appear to go to those things and they are all fine. What else could this be? Thank you Angie
