Auxiliary Power Point Fuse Location?

I own a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis and the auxiliary power point has no power in the passenger compartment. What is the fuse number in the fuse box and size of the fuse? Where is the location of this fuse box? Engine compartment or passenger compartment? Thank you in advance for your help.
