Heated Seat

The drivers side heat seat does not work, someone pulled two yello and two brown wires from somewhere under the seat and I was wondering if these are the wires for it?

I didn't see anything for the heated seats. The wires are yellow and brown and brown with red stripe on the loose wires. Thank you
