My Odometer, Speedometer And Radio Don't Work. [email protected]

I'm trying to get vehicle smogged.  Car sat for 2 years. Drove car constantly for  days per smog man.  But odometer and speedometer just wont work.  Is there a special fuse that ties all 3 together?? Please help. Linda
