Help On Thermostatic Control And Blend Door

My thermostatic control box went black. Replaced and still no power to box. Heater fan blows constant and must be disconnected in summer as it blows constant heat. This winter when I went to plug up the motor, no heat so I'm figuring its a blend door (after changing thermostat)
