Whats The Problem With The Email? Their Instructions Are Totaally Unclear.

If you mean on how to set it up, I ran into the same problem when I did it. If it looks like you submitted it properly, you need to wait at least 24 hours for it to become active. If you have already waited the 24 hours then you need to call them and check to make sure nothing went wrong with the submission. follow the links for your specific issue.
