Why Is My Service Not Working When I've Only Had It Installed 4 Days Ago
Why is my cable and internet both not working? Jus got installed 4 days ago, and today it isn't working Anymore. My cable jus has a message that says NOT AUTHORIZED and internet will not connect. Tried getting someone on phone all day but never got in touch with anyone. If this isn't resolved ASAP, I will b cancelling my service and returning to the cable/Internet provider I had before.
