Mesa Riverview In Mesa Arizona

ordered a cheeseburger NO KETCHUP...simpe request and the lady handed it to me at the window and said" cheeseburger NO ketchup" Took a bite and it was nothing but KETCHUP on it. I am allergic to tomatoes so barely made it hope for a shot. Law suit? Tried to call back numerous times but phone just rings and rings. Have pictures of the slip that says no KETCHUP. My shots are $230 each. Think I am going after McDonald's for this.

Your question seems to be "Law suit?," and I have to tell you that the volunteers like me who answer these questions are not lawyers, so I don't know how much weight you want to give these answers. However, I can tell you that prospects for any lawsuit would depend on monetarily quantifiable damages that could be shown [proved] to be the direct result of the tort [what you're complaining about]. Some lawyers offer free consultation for such cases, and you may want to seek one such--but unless your damages run into many thousands of dollars I would not expect a lawyer to accept the case.

Short of a lawsuit, there are other steps you could take:
  • Call customer service, and politely but firmly ask for a manager (use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/mcdonalds/customer-service)
  • Complain to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/mcdonalds/Corporate%20Office
  • Complain to one of the applicable consumer agencies, as listed at https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer/
  • Consider a complaint site like https://www.gripeo.com/ or http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or to https://www.yelp.com/, each of which is designed to get action from the offending companies
