Setting The Timing Of A Australian 99 Mazda Bravo B2500 4 Cylinder Turbo Diesel

There are two timing marks on the crankshaft pully for a Mazda Bravo B2500 4 cylinder Turbo Diesel which mark is used for timing purposes. Could you tell if its the left or right mark.
