I Can't Get My Top Oven Shut Of On My Gemini Double Oven Range.

My range shut off completely . No lights on control panel. Went back on after we checked the circuit breaker. Both ovens and stove was off. Few minutes later we noticed that it was flashing Bake on the control panel and the top oven was very hot.Well it was on and we can't get it to shut off.we unplugged the range and cooled it off but everytime we plug it back in the top oven is automatically on.
