Mvwx500xw, Water In Tray Under Inlet Valves

I've been troubleshooting later leakage for a while. I've replaced the drain pump, since it was wet. Since water runs down, I've been working my way up. I finally discovered today the plastic "tray" where the inlet valves mount. It seems to sit there for a while, then release a small stream of water once in a while, making it appear intermittent. Would the inlet valves be the only potential source of water up there? There a hose that runs along the left side of the tub (viewed from the rear), that is for fill sensing? It contains air though right? My thoughts were to outright replace the inlet valves (not yet knowing the price), but I'm hoping someone here has a better idea. Also, why would the cold water inlet have two solenoids, and the hot water have only one?

No, the response here wasn't particularly helpful, and somehow the "poster" awarded points anyway.

I ended up solving this on my own: The slow leak was coming from the hot water inlet valve. That filled the tray where the valves mount, and eventually dripped its way down and out. I just replaced both valves, and easy repair.

Beforehand though, I did determine which one was faulty by pulling them from the washer and connecting them to inlet water (the valves are normally closed). Sure enough, within a minute or three, a small amount of water appeared oozing from the hot water valve. Exact replacement parts were easy to find.

You'll have the most fun if you have a variety of SMALL socket wrenches. I happened to have one even small enough to work the leftmost screw (1/4" screw head). You could use a 1/4" open end wrench, it's just more tedious.
