Gas Dryer Runs But No Heat

I have a MGDC400VW0 gas dryer, which runs but produces no heat. I checked the igniter and coils and both have proper continuity. Yet, the igniter does not glow and no flame is produced. I bought a new thermal fuse and was going to replace it wanted to see if you had any other suggestions. I was confused that no glow occurred in igniter. Thanks
