Washer Stopped In Rinse Cycle. Will Nor Run. I Performed A Diagnostic Test

I took clothes out there was no water left in machine. I tried diagnostic test but it stops at first test which is door lath test. But door latch seems to be working correctly, not sure where to go from here.
